How to Make APT Chairs

ISWP Webinar Series by Experts

Going against gravity

In this webinar, the presenters explored the introduction of therapeutic lying in a less-resourced setting through an innovative, international collaboration between Simple Stuff Works, Diversability Development Organization (DDO) and Timion. As a collective, they recognise the need for context-specific training and support, as well as effective equipment.
A simple story: therapy for children with complex needs

A short and engaging animation about one street, two homes and three ways to improve the life of a baby with Cerebral Palsy (or other physical disability). This is a great video comparing parents and children, a good way to learn how to help children with complex needs and understand their parent’s concerns.

What We Do:
We help children and adults rest safely and comfortably by giving their bodies the support they need while lying down. Supported lying is gentle, easy to use, and essential for protecting body shape.
